PracticeLink Courier — Jacksonville, FL · Sealed Document Courier Service
PracticeLink Courier provides sealed document delivery for professional offices only. We do not transport specimens, medications, biohazards, controlled substances, or items requiring regulated transport. See Section 9 for full details.
PracticeLink Courier provides limited same-day bike courier support for dental offices and professional offices in Jacksonville, Florida. Our service is designed for sealed, low-risk administrative items only during our startup phase.
PracticeLink Courier is not a medical transport company, laboratory courier, pharmacy courier, armored courier, or specialty clinical courier. PracticeLink Courier carries limited liability insurance for document-only courier operations. This coverage does not extend to high-value items, dental appliances, lab cases, medications, specimens, or items requiring regulated transport. We limit the items we accept to reduce risk for our clients, their patients, and our courier team.
PracticeLink Courier currently accepts only sealed, low-risk office delivery items, including:
All items must be fully sealed by the sending office before pickup.
PracticeLink Courier does not currently accept or transport any of the following:
PracticeLink Courier reserves the right to refuse any item that appears unsafe, improperly packaged, high-value, regulated, prohibited, or outside our approved service scope.
All accepted items must be sealed before pickup. PracticeLink Courier does not open, inspect, alter, read, copy, photograph, or review the contents of any envelope, package, or document packet.
If an item is not sealed at the time of pickup, PracticeLink Courier may refuse the delivery.
PracticeLink Courier treats every delivery as private and confidential. Courier personnel do not access or disclose the contents of sealed items.
Delivery information collected by PracticeLink Courier is used only to schedule, complete, confirm, and document the requested courier service.
PracticeLink Courier may handle sealed administrative documents from dental offices. We follow basic HIPAA-aware handling practices, including:
Sending offices remain responsible for properly preparing, sealing, labeling, and determining whether an item is appropriate for courier transport.
PracticeLink Courier does not provide legal, HIPAA compliance, medical transport, pharmacy transport, or laboratory transport advice.
PracticeLink Courier may document deliveries using:
Photos, when used, are for delivery confirmation only and must not capture private document contents.
PracticeLink Courier maintains a basic delivery log for accepted deliveries. This log may include sender name, recipient name, pickup address, drop-off address, requested delivery time, actual pickup time, actual delivery time, and delivery confirmation.
By booking a delivery, the client confirms that:
PracticeLink Courier currently provides document-only courier service for professional offices. This includes sealed envelopes, office paperwork, signed forms, lab slips, document packets, records prepared by the sending office, and similar non-regulated paper materials.
All documents should be sealed, secured, and properly packaged by the sending office before pickup. PracticeLink Courier does not open, review, verify, copy, scan, or alter the contents of any document packet.
At this time, PracticeLink Courier does not transport medical specimens, biohazard materials, controlled substances, prescription medication, hazardous materials, cash deposits, weapons, illegal items, or any item requiring regulated medical transport, special licensing, chain-of-custody handling, refrigeration, or clinical courier compliance.
If an office is unsure whether an item is eligible for delivery, the office should contact PracticeLink Courier before scheduling pickup. PracticeLink Courier reserves the right to decline any delivery that falls outside the current document-only service scope.
PracticeLink Courier is not responsible for prohibited items, unsealed items, mislabeled items, improperly packaged items, high-value items, regulated items, or items not disclosed accurately before pickup.
PracticeLink Courier is also not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, unsafe riding conditions, road closures, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, building access issues, emergency conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Because PracticeLink Courier operates by bike, deliveries may be declined, delayed, rescheduled, or converted to another delivery option when weather, distance, road conditions, package type, or safety concerns make bike delivery impractical.
PracticeLink Courier may expand service options after obtaining appropriate specialty courier coverage and handling procedures. Future expanded service may include approved dental appliances, lab cases, or other specialty items — only when the right coverage and procedures are in place.
Until then, PracticeLink Courier remains limited to sealed, low-risk administrative deliveries only.
