Current Service Focus

PracticeLink Courier currently provides sealed-document support only. This includes office paperwork, referral documents, billing and administrative packets, lab slips, signed forms, appointment documents, and similar low-risk document packets prepared and sealed by the sending office before pickup.

Not accepted at this time: Retainers, aligners, dental appliances, lab cases, medications, medical specimens, biohazards, sharps, cash, checks, high-value items, hazardous materials, controlled substances, weapons, illegal items, or anything requiring regulated medical transport, specialty courier compliance, refrigeration, or chain-of-custody handling.
